Have you experienced the bond and wanted to share this bond with others?

Babywearing has been shown to be relax and sooth children, coupled with the sacred art of yoga you can truly share a special bond with your child. Babywearing yoga classes not only connect mom with baby but created a community of like minded parents looking to have fun, feel better, build strength, and relax.

Leading a babywearing yoga class can be for fun but it can also help parents create part time or full time employment in fitness centers, community centers, yoga studios, prenatal centers, or even in your own neighborhood fitness room.

The demand for babywearing fitness classes is increasing. This is an innovative training and one of the few in the country. This course will include the benefits of Babywearing yoga for both parent (wearer) and child, anatomy, class development, proper sequencing and the business of yoga. CEUs will be available for yoga alliance certified teachers. It is not required for you to be a yoga teacher to take this course.

About the Instructor

Babywearing Yoga Instructor Sarach Schaber.jpg

Sarah Schaber, RN, E-RYT 200 is the owner and teacher at Om Sweet Om Family Yoga Community. She has been a yoga instructor for almost ten years. With training in Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, baby and me, children, and prenatal yoga, she has felt the benefit of regular yoga practice in many different lights. Bringing along 15 years of personal yoga experience, she believes in the practice of yoga both on and off the mat.

"When I was pregnant with my first daughter, I attended and taught prenatal classes. My time before giving birth is when I really started to develop a sense of community with other mothers. After my daughter was born, I began to develop a style of yoga practice where all people and families can practice together and learn mindful, healthy practices while having a lot of fun. Out of necessity, I wore her to teach most of my adult yoga classes. By doing this, I got a chance to not only create a really unique and physically challenging way to practice together with my child, but also was given the chance to see firsthand the true benefits of babywearing yoga." - Sarah Schaber

" I began practicing yoga with Sarah when I was 8 weeks pregnant. Her prenatal class helped me so much throughout my pregnancy- with hip/back pain but also to connect with my baby and believe in my own intuition. My son is 10 months old now and we started practicing Baby and Me yoga when he was just 4 weeks old. Sarah's classes are fun and creative while still being challenging. Having a community of mamas and babies has been so important for my first year of motherhood. Sarah and her family ar

"I have attended Sarah's yoga classes since my baby was 6 weeks old. Sarah is an amazing person and yoga instructor who made me feel comfortable the very first day. Over the months I have made great friends while becoming mentally, physically and spiritually fit while going to class. Finding Sarah's yoga class has been a blessing to me and a wonderful way to bond with my baby while hanging out with friends." - Jessica M.

"We always look forward to Sarah's classes. She is amazing at combining professionalism with fun for everyone. I started baby and me yoga when my little one was five months old. Now a year later, she can demonstrate different yoga poses and sings the songs she would hear us sing. I'd recommend all of Sarah's classes to anyone from beginners to the seasoned. Her welcoming spirit will keep you coming back. "
