Personal and Customized Yoga Programming

Private yoga lessons are an excellent opportunity for beginners, professional athletes, individuals with chronic pain or stress, and other conditions to get the customized attention for their specific needs. Benefits of private yoga include: yoga on your time, ability to ask questions freely, work on imbalances, practice with a specific intention, and have a customized plan based on your body type or condition.

Private yoga classes at Green Locus Yoga, starts will a full personal assessment with a trained yoga teacher who has gone through our training program to look for areas of imbalance, range of motion, strength and flexibility. You will also send in a questionnaire identifying exactly what your goals for a successful yoga practice so we can adapt your lessons. After the initial assessment, your private yoga instructor will develop a customized plan based on your assessment and questionnaire. They will assign homework for short exercises to do at home and work with you personally for a well planned practice.

Session are typically for one person but your package packages includes up to 2 people. Purchases must be made from the same account.

Steps to getting started

  1. Purchase your private yoga package. We recommend starting with our 6 class package to get the most out of your session.
  2. Complete our student intake form below.
  3. A staff member will contact you once we receive your questionnaire to match you with an appropriate instructor. Once the package and intake form is complete, sessions usually start with 2 days to a week.


*Payment and cancellation policy: Classes must be scheduled and purchased in advanced. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a a $25 cancellation fee.
