Rachel first started doing yoga at the gym after she moved to Florida 10 years ago. She was doing Pilates before that, but it wasn’t offered at the Florida gym. She stopped “doing” yoga and began a regular practice about three years after getting bored at the gym and began to understand the spiritual benefits of the practice. She loves yoga because it is for everyone at any point in time in their life. Rachel loves that yoga has no limits and the physical asana can be challenging or restorative. Teaching yoga allows her to share this with the community, and she loves to help students find the connection to their true self, which is the spiritual practice of yoga. She completed her trainings at Wendy Fit Academy. During her spare time, she loves boating, cooking, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors.
