Natalia Galindo

Natalia found yoga in her native country of Columbia. She started practicing when she was a teenager and continued her personal practice into college. After subbing for a few classes in Tallahassee, Natalia started to teach classes in Spanish in Orlando. She then decided to become certified through the Integral Institute of Yoga, where she received her 200 hour certification in Yoga, Pranayama (breath), and Meditation. Her Yoga journey in Tampa is just starting and she is incredibly excited to share her teachings with students. She believes that everyone no matter the age, size, shape or any other characteristic can not only do yoga but can greatly benefit from it. It’s her passion to be able to share what she has been taught and inspire someone just she has been inspired. Natalia completed her training through Swami Satchidananda Integral Institute of Hatha Yoga. Natalia’s hobbies include reading, spending time outdoors with her dogs, Pookie and Sassy, and learning different types of yoga.
