After the birth of her first child Kim discovered yoga as a form of exercise. She soon discovered that it was much more than a fitness routine but a calming, stress reliever that allowed her to be a better mommy, wife and person.
After a decade of practicing yoga and a lifetime of classical ballet/ modern dance experience, Kim began teaching in 2011. Certified in Power Yoga from Philadelphia Power Yoga Works, Pre-Natal Yoga from Om Births in Boston and Thai Yoga Massage from the Vedic Thai Conservatory. Kim’s classes are challenging and detoxifying, with an emphasis of safe body alignment. Every class offers an ever evolving environment to develop a strong body and peaceful mind.
Kim believes every time you step onto the mat is an opportunity to reboot your body and mind, allowing us all take a breath and reconnect with our personal wisdom and inner voice.
