Throughout the practice, Pam Velez, Registered Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health coach will share various postures and breathing techniques that will support the body’s natural detoxification process by increasing circulation, compressing and twisting internal organs and encouraging relaxation.
Postures will be offered with various options to suit all levels.
