Our Beginner Men's Yoga series is a 6 week course, designed just for men to build confidence in their strength and adapt to their level of flexibility.

Have you heard the benefits of yoga but the thought of trying to touch your toes in front of people seems daunting? Would you like to destress, cross train, improve your golf game, and improve concentration? Our Beginner Men's Yoga series is a 6 week course, designed just for men to build confidence in their strength and adapt to their level of flexibility. In this course, you will learn:
  • The structure of a yoga class
  • Breathing techniques
  • Postures and alignment
  • Modifications
No yoga pants required! Just wear some shorts or sweat pants and a a t-shirt. We have mats available to rent or purchase or you can bring your own.
This is a 6 week series running on Tuesday nights from 6:00 - 7:00 PM. If you cannot make a date, please let us know in advance and we schedule an alternate general adult class to take in lieu of the missed dates. All absences must be requested in advance for the free pass.
